Feel free to guess the ending of this old saying in the comments. : )
Sean and Amanda's Amazing Tsatsiki Sauce
1 medium cucumber, peeled and cubed
1/2 medium red onion, diced
1 quart plain yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp garlic powder (or two cloves fresh garlic)
salt to taste
lemon juice
Combine and let mellow for at least three hours before serving.
